  1. 1. Using a blog allows me to type faster than I could usually write in my book, correct errors easily and read comments without handing in my book.
    2. Yes, when a task/question is set I can do some research on other web pages to help and then check my answer against others to see if our points are similar.
    3. It has helped a significant amount, because it lets me know if I've put too much information in and wasted time or if I haven't put in enough and lost marks.
    4. I can't think of anything that can make this blog better.

  2. WWW- I feel the blog has is helping students to actually learn form their work. The tasks also i fell is a collective effort as all students are reading their class mates works and are improving their answers.I also feel that the blog is much more intuitive than FROG and is a much needed change of scenery. The blog has helped me to understand my mistakes and on how to improve my answers and to cut down on the length of my answers while getting high marks
    EBI- None really

  3. 1.) I feel the blog is a very useful tool to aid us in our class and home work. It is easy and nice to use, and is a huge step up from the regular school system FROG (which is a pain to use). It allows me to get my work done quickly and effectively, then to take time to check my response and edit and add to it as I see fit.
2.) The blog allows me to view other peoples answer which is very beneficial, as this can help me when I am struggling to answer the question or can find little information on the subject. I am also able to have tabs on my browser so I can search the web for more information and use it to aid me in my answer.
3.) One of the most useful features of the blog is that Mr. Hannifan can swiftly check through work and give constructive feedback in a much shorter time then checking books. His feedback shows me what I have done wrong and where I need to improve. I can then adjust my answer and Sir will remark. He also has the ability to post the mark scheme which helps us check our work.
4.) The only thing I think that could be added to the blog is an entire glossary section, as I sometimes struggle to find the correct keyword to use.

  4. 1) The blog is an extremely useful tool for answering questions on the blog. It allows me to quickly add change or delete my own comments, as we are using a keyboard rather than a pen. It is laid out very nicely on the computer and allows us to find the correct assignment quickly and easily.
    2) The blog has helped my understanding massively as we have the ability to read other people's answers and get information that we may not have learnt before. As it is on a Web page, we can have other tabs open to quickly give us other information if we are finding it hard to answer a particular question.
    3) When the teacher can mark our answers in the blog, it only takes a matter of 5 minutes and we can then amend our answer and improve it. It also is a lot shorter than the whole process of giving in books and waiting for Sir to remark. On the blog, the teacher can also post mark schemes (as Riaz above said) which helps us see why we lost or gained marks. It can also be used for our own use such as telling us to use keywords and find the important words such as "explain" or "describe".
    4) Only EBI is to make the "Mobile" version of the site a bit easier to use. Other than that, the blog is very nice to use and a lot better alternative to Frkg and answering questions in our books.

  14. 1) The Blog is Working well because it helps us understand the areas we are covering by offering us revision through bitesize etc. It's an easier way of doing homework because if we are confused we can read other classmates answers to find out things like; how much to write, what key words to include in the answer.

    2) It has helped our understanding and research by offering links to websites for revision and to see what we have covered in class recently, if we were absent.

    3) By Sir replying to our comments we can see what we can add to our answers in order to get full marks or what we can remove from our answers, whilst still gaining top marks.

Makes losing hoework impossible which compells people to do it as no excuses can be made
Even better if the blog was easier to access via other devices (not PC)
